CBD Area shopping

Since I'm working in these areas so must report to all the shopaholics what are those unique shops around here. :)

Erskine Road - Scarlet Hotel
Of coz we are not shopping in the hotel! (but if you have chance to stay in their rooms, you won't regret coz of its unique European style designs.) It's the shop that share the same stretch as Scarlet hotel. My fav shops is Egg3 and Anthropology. They are selling alot of unique stuff from accessories to quirky designs, and local designer clothes. There are also manicure parlours, flowers boutique and many more. It's always the place for me to go when I need to get my colleagues bday presents also!! http://www.anthropology.com.sg/

Further down will be Ann Siang Road. It's selling yummy French cakes (http://www.thepatissier.com/), clothings from Fred Perry and Front Row (local designer), one of a kind books from Books Actually (Fann Wong was seen here while filming The Ultimatum), unique furnitures and clothes from Style Nordic and a French restaurant with unlimited amount of frech fries at Les Bouchons(http://www.hungrygowhere.com/restaurant_details.php?urlname=les_bouchons_ann_siang&offset=10...)

As for Club Street, there isn't much clothings but more of French restaurants, hair salons Hair52(1st time customers will get 50% off!! and I loved my new hair style from Steven, the Director and he managed to cut away my frizzy perms) and my facialist The Cutis where I've done my IPL and Pearl treatment, bought their Glo Minerals cosmetics, was thinking whether to get their Revitalash which lashes could grow longer in just few wks. My Sis has tested and said her lashes really grew long!! She told me the one who invented it wanted his cancerous wife to grow more hair...but it doesn't come cheap though..(http://www.cutislaser.com/)

Next is Amoy Street. I have managed to buy some dress at a pushcart in Amoy Food Market!! My sis also..haha..There is this bridal boutique called Allure Charix Atelier..their dresses ranges from bridal to D&D gowns. As they do not rent, most of them are selling from $200+ for a simple dress, $800+ for Cheongsam to I think $1K+for bridal gowns. Owner is very patient and sincere to let you out try her own designed dresses. Infront of my office is a unique shop also Trolley opened by Mindee (the 881 main actress)Then is my most fav Korean shop situated at China Sq. I will always buy something from them whenever they have new stocks but sad to say they are too overpriced untill when I went to Far East Plaza and realised its more cheaper that I kinda stop buying from them...unless..they have sale..(big sale ya) :) Beside the Korean shop is a boutique called Posh. Most of her clothes are branded (but cut off from tags). I never bought her clothes before but it's her shoes that attacted me. I bought 2 fake snake skin lookalike shoes from her..next is infront of her shop is a pushcart selling Korean cardigans at $30+ each. I've bought about 3 different types from her...hehe :) and next to her pushcart is another lady selling her own design swarovski crystal accessories (http://www.vinacrystalcollection.com/) I was wondering to get her necklace for my wedding day.. Last is a newly opened boutique inside China Sq food court Sophisticated. Owner Wendy designed her own clothes. Yup..I also bought some dresses from her. She's a very nice and patient lady..there's another pushcart at China Sq Central selling Japan/Taiwan stuff. (http://www.exclusive-club.blogspot.com/). I have bought a nice cute Russian dolls bag from her at only $15!!!! Will be sharing with my Sis though..she like it alot also..haha

Next should be Raffles area..which I hardly shop at there. But there's alot of pushcarts, GG5, and alot of small shops at Caltex House and The Arcade. I've bought my limited Agnes B big tote at the arcade also from Queen's Ave. They are also selling other branded bags like Blue Label Burberry and much more. http://www.queensave.com/

It's super boring to stay in the office all day also..better to go out shop shop..

xoxo
