Why Make Up Are Invented??

Do you know why?? It's invented to SAVE all the woman in the world!! (apprently some man also..)

The following pictures will prove why..(it's also good for those 1st timers to learn about putting the correct make up)

This is her before look..(take note that her brows are well groomed already)..Yes..I want to talk about brows..it's the most important part of your face..TOO THINLY trimmed brows will make you look older..thick ones are the best but don't over do it like LA PI XIAO XIN!!

1st step - putting Make Up base..(here shown is using Chanel..but I think there's alot cheaper and good brands available in the market)..She is putting small dots on her forehead cheeks, nose and chin..

2nd step - I don't know what's she putting here..could be sunblock or liquid foundation?? (any ideas??)

3rd step - should be some correctors liquid cream and liquid blusher on her cheeks

4th step - using a small brush to blend all the colors in nicely

5th step - using loose powder and a good brush

6th step - yes I know this step..apprently my bridal MUA also did the same thing to me..apply some brown cream on the side of your face to make it slimmer..(but don't over apply and make sure it's blend well..if not you will be looking like you are having beards!!!)

7th step - apply some more beige cream (Concealer??)

8th step - the blusher!! using your fingertips to apply at your cheeks

9th step - eyeshadows!!! (OMG, this eyeshadow palette looks so outdated and so HUGE!!..it reminds me of a story my Sis told me.."It's Not The End Of The World" there's this gal using her dried painting palette like above as make up as she got no $$ to buy proper cosmetics..hehe..but anyway..you can find more stylish from Dior etc etc..and smaller palettes!

Choosing the color of your eyeshadows..apprently she chose GOLD..but I prefer pastel pink, green or blue..but testing out smoky eyes lately..most important is a good brush also..highly recommended Bobbi Brown..but it's costly too..hehe..

10th step - putting a highlighter shade under the browbone.

11th step - use the highlighter shade also underneath your eyes..(think is to cover the black eyes bags..hehe)

12th step - draw the eyeliner..(either pencil or liquid form)

13th step - curl your eyelashes!!

14th step - fake lashies!! to create that dolly look!

15th step - put mascara..(this is a must so that your real eyelashes won't be so obvious underneath the fake ones..)

16th step - final touch up on the face

17th step - FINALLY!!! - Lipstick..to get fuller lips..after applying lipstick..do also apply lipgloss..

AND TA TAH!!! THE AFTER LOOK!!!

Remember to pose a very sweet look too!!

But for me, my steps are usually Toner, Sunblock, Make Up base, Foundation, Concealer, and Lose Powder..then blusher..then draw my brows, curl my lashies, apply eyeliner, putting eyeshadows, mascara and finally lip balm and lipsticks..

PHEW..talking about being a WOMAN!!!!

and the AMOUNT ALONE SPENT just on cosmetics!!!!
